Refund Policy

At Pax + Elm, we want you to feel confident in every piece you bring into your home. If something is not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at sales@paxandelm.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligible Items

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Bedding and textiles that have been opened or used

  • Personal care or wellness items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
